Nominations are being accepted for Cobb County’s Creating Community Awards, which honor people, teams and organizations that have helped foster diversity in the county. The awards will be handed out in February to five recipients who have made positive contributions in the areas of race, age, religion, physical condition and more. Nominations are due by Feb. 9 and more information can be found at cobbcounty.org/ccrc.
