The Brookhaven Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road to review a rezoning ordinance for development of a mixed use building located at 1411, 1417, 1423, and 1427 Dresden Drive.

The project, once completed, will have 121 residential units with 3,600 square feet of live-work units and 9,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The rezoning request is made by the Galloway Law Group LLC on behalf of Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family LLC.
