The Acworth Board of Aldermen will hold public hearings at 6:30 p.m. Monday on a variance, three rezonings and two annexations.

Final decisions are expected by the board at 7 p.m. Dec. 3 also in the Board Room, Acworth City Hall, 4415 Senator Richard Russell Ave.

The variance request is by Acworth Property Investments for property at 4445 Winn St. and 4272, 4278 and 4282 Robinson St. to reduce required building setbacks and minimum lot size requirements.

Venture Homes is requesting the rezoning for 5.27 acres at 3030 Cobb Parkway NW from commercial to residential.

An annexation and rezoning request by Barnes Mill VDL will be considered for about 20.3 acres on Blue Springs Road with 1 acre to be annexed.

Barnes Mill is requesting a mixed-use development.

An annexation and rezoning request is being requested by Carlos and Cheryl Arnaud for 3251 and 3261 Old 41 Highway to a residential zoning with less density.
