Is discipline in Clayton County Public Schools out of control? Rep. Valencia Stovall wants to hear from you. She’s hosting a pre-legislative town hall meeting on education on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the east campus of Clayton State University, 5823 Trammell Rd. in Morrow. Other topics slated to be discussed include whether video cameras are needed in special-needs classrooms and options for failing schools. Clayton County Juvenile Court Chief Judge Steven Teske will be a guest speaker.
