The luxury apartments in the outfield of Gwinnett County's Coolray Field are already for rent, but it may be years before anything else is built.

Last week, a county judge threw out a zoning that would have let a developer build stores, restaurants and a hotel near the minor league ballpark.

That puts the whole future of the development in flux.
