Forsyth County School District is being honored nationally for its use of digital resources to help students learn.

Knovation presented the district with its Digital Learning Award for large districts for its use of netTrekker, the company’s digital library containing more than 360,000 digital resources. The Forsyth district won the nationwide award for the 2013-2014 school year. In addition, Decatur City Schools ranked third nationally. The program honors the top 100 districts across the country.

The leaders in each category received a donation to DonorsChoose.org on their behalf.
