Marietta plans application meeting on Dec. 1 for fed funds

Marietta city officials will hold an application meeting at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 1 for the opening of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services application for program year 2021 (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022).

The meeting will be held online via WebEx.

Attendance by someone in the organization is required to apply for funding.

To register, all attendees must email Marietta Community Development Manager Kelsey Thompson-White at kthompson@mariettaga.gov with their names and organizations to receive a meeting invitation link.

Applications will be accepted from Dec. 1 through Jan. 29 and should be submitted in person to the Community Development Office no later than 4 p.m. on Jan. 29.

On Dec. 1, the applications will be available at https://www.mariettaga.gov/472/Forms.
