Gov. Nathan Deal fares just fine in the latest Morning Consult poll of gubernatorial approval ratings.

The poll released Tuesday shows that 57 percent of voters give him favorable reviews - and just over a quarter disapprove. About 16 percent don't have an opinion or don't know.

Compare that to the two anchors of the list: Chris Christie of New Jersey and Sam Brownback of Kansas - two Republicans who logged just 25 percent approval ratings in their respective states.

On the other end of the spectrum are two other GOP governors in blue states: Charlie Baker of Massachusetts and Larry Hogan of Maryland both tally about 70 percent positive reviews.
