The second day is expected to be much slower as the House plans to honor two legislators who passed away last year and a Senate committee

But the biggest action could take place outside the state Capitol. At least

related to an ongoing federal probe into the ethics commission face a deadline early Tuesday to hand over documents to a federal grand jury.

The feds specifically want documents linked to a campaign complaint targeting Gov. Nathan Deal during his 2010 bid for office. This on the day before Deal gives his State of the State speech.
