GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Eric McNair, Long County

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "2010 Metter vs. Vidalia. I was coaching offensive line under Mike West. It was one of those nights where seemingly everything went well. We threw a pop pass for the go-ahead touchdown. Vidalia battles back and scores. We stop their QB on the option on the goal line. Huge win for Mike and the rest of the staff. Truly a fun night." [Metter won 21-20.]

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "Jeff Kaiser, Tattnall County. Kaiser does a great job of holding kids accountable. He is a stickler for organization, discipline and toughness. He does an excellent job teaching life lessons on the field."

3. What is your pet peeve as a coach? "Dragging around between snaps and drills. I like to see constant hustle. We do not have time to be tired."

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "The new contact rule. It kills schools like us on scout teams. Either we are burning our JV kids' time by using them, running someone else's offense or defense, or killing our starters on the other side of the ball to get a good look. Bigger schools that have a No. 2 defense and offense, it probably doesn't hurt as bad. For us it is a killer to our JV program."
