A college graduate has a lot of reason to celebrate after earning her degree and a job offer in the same afternoon.
Melanie Sanchez, 23, was in her cap and gown, waiting to receive her diploma from the University of Central Florida Friday when her phone rang. Days earlier, she had her second interview for a job as a marketing specialist at a nearby health care company, Sanchez told ABC News.
Another student started to record the conversation to capture the moment. The HR recruiter on the other end of the call told Sanchez that she got the position.
