An Italian man is quickly running up the charts as one of the world's most hated individuals. It's all thanks to an online video which captured the man tossing three puppies angrily over a fence. The video shows the man jogging when the puppies start chasing him down a side street. He can then be seen stopping, picking up the pups and throwing them a good distance. Police in the southern Italy town of Lecce were able to identify the man as a 55-year-old local resident.
The puppies suffered some injuries, but all three survived. You can view the video below (note: some viewers may find the content disturbing):
