Chances are, you grew up when just-use-water temporary tattoos where all the rage.
One New Zealand artist is now offering some children a much cooler, more realistic alternative -- airbrush tattoos.
"It's just amazing watching their confidence and their ego boost up," Lloyd told Mashable. "The only bad thing is that they don't want to take a shower afterwards."
Lloyd takes design requests from children, then creates masterpieces on their bodies in about nine minutes.
"(It's) a real challenge, as you need to be quite fast," he said.
Sunday he uploaded a video of himself giving a young boy an airbrushed tattoo on his Facebook page.
In a 36-second sped-up video, Lloyd shows the "tattooing" process.
He also posted a photo of the finished product on the boy.
"I went to sleep, and it had gone crazy overnight," he said.
It's unclear when Lloyd will visit Starship Children's Health, but the artist promised fans it would be soon and encouraged people to stay tuned to his Facebook page for updates.
