Database: Georgia's biggest ticket traps in 2014
These figures represent the money generated from traffic tickets in 2014 for each jurisdiction in Georgia. Larger jurisdictions have more than one court generating this revenue.
As the chart below shows, small towns can generate big revenues. For instance, the South Georgia town of Warwick, with a population of 411, took in just over $2,200 in ticket revenue for every man, woman and child living there. Meanwhile, Register, a town of 173 people near Savannah, brought in $987.11 in ticket revenue per capita.
