Racial proportionality of Georgia psychoeducational programs: Fulton

Schools across the state send a disproportionate number of black students to special psychoeducational programs for children with behavioral disorders, called the Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS), an investigation by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution found.

These public schools sent at least three students to the GNETS in fall 2015. The database contains information on the number of black students sent to GNETS from each school, with a comparison to the school's overall African American enrollment.
