Dems will use legal, illegal means to regain power
Most rational people watching the Brett Kavanaugh hearings are asking the question, “what are Democrats willing to do or say to regain control?” The answer, judging by what we’re seeing since President Donald Trump took office, is to, by any means possible, including character assassination, stop what made this country the richest, most powerful nation on the planet — free market capitalism.
Will they change if elected to be more honest and less-vindictive toward conservative ideas? The answer is a resounding no!
We are seeing the true face of the New Democrat Party, hateful and ready to do anything legal or illegal to return to power.
They subjugate and destroy anyone with an opposing view of what America should be.
That should scare anyone with a brain and thinks rationally of what they are seeing.

Displaced renters need help from community
Residents of Buckhead’s Darlington Apartments are set to be displaced in a few weeks (“New owner of the Darlington gives residents 60 days to leave,” Metro, Sept. 8). Many are elderly, infirm, sick or otherwise unable to relocate. Most need assistance from the community. On Sept. 17, nonprofit agencies and housing providers gathered at the Darlington to meet with residents. Overwhelmingly, those we met are on fixed incomes and do not have savings to pay for security deposits, first month’s rents or utilities, let alone moving expenses. Thanks to generous donors, our partner churches and agencies, and emergency assistance staff, we are providing the needed financial support, counseling and referrals for relocation. We’re calling on the broader Atlanta community to walk alongside us. These nonprofits need donations to provide these services. The broader issue of affordable housing and poverty in Atlanta needs heightened attention by us all. We cannot allow our most vulnerable neighbors to continue to go through crises like this alone.
