In the video, which was posted Wednesday, the shark thrashes so violently, it knocks Chancey into the water.

The fisherman is seen swimming for his life and jumps onto a nearby boat. Then he gets the kayak upright, jumps back into it and reels in the shark.

No word on what kind of shark he caught, or its size.
