A couple of bicyclists out for a ride got a real workout after being pursued by an irate ostrich. The video, recorded in Cape Town, South Africa, shows the bicyclists trying to escape the speedy ostrich running close to 50 mph.
According to the YouTube video description, "the route was following the Cape Argus racing course with a detour to Cape of Good Hope. The road through the national park is quiet and a little deserted. Suddenly, I heard a noise on my left and saw a big ostrich in the bush, most likely a female."
