A life-size sculpture of the youngest victim of the Boston Marathon bombings was unveiled Saturday at Bridgewater State University.

The sculpture, by Victoria Guerina, shows Martin Richard holding a poster he made that reads, "No More Hurting People … Peace."

Martin's parents, Bill and Denise, are both alumni of BSU and met on campus.

The sculpture sits at University Park,a pedestrian greenway that links East and West campus. BSU also named their social justice program in honor of Martin last spring. The Martin Richard Institute for Social Justice works to further the university's social justice mission and assist with the development of new programs.

Martin was one of three people who died as a result of the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombings.
