The tablet was supposed to entertain and teach a 3-year-old with age-appropriate videos and games.
Instead, Nicole Barrett and Christopher Leusner say their son discovered eight adult videos along with multiple gambling apps.
"I was livid. I couldn't believe it," Nicole told Fox29 News.
The family says the first tablet they bought didn’t work. When they exchanged the defective electronic device at a different Walmart store, they found the porn on the second tablet.
Store workers told the family the tablet they received must have also been a return, but not before someone did a little downloading.
“They did no reset. Everything that this person downloaded was on there,” Nicole gasped.
WTXF reports the family claims the store first refused to give them a refund but changed their mind as media attention mounted.
