Tiger Woods is scheduled to meet Monday with President Donald Trump at the White House to be honored for his success at the Masters, according to reports.
Golf star Woods won his 15th major victory and fifth Masters on April 14 in what's been called "one of the greatest career revivals in the history of sports," The Wall Street Journal reported.
Trump tweeted April 15 that he'd spoken with Woods and planned to honor him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. That presentation is expected to take place later in the year, ESPN reported.
The president is an avid golfer and has golfed with Woods on multiple occasions, most recently in February, according to Sports Illustrated.
