What to know now:

1. Cosby suing again: Bill Cosby filed suit Monday against supermodel Beverly Johnson, claiming she lied when she said the comedian tried to sexually assault her. It is the latest in a series of suits Cosby has filed against women who have claimed Cosby assaulted them. The previous suits were filed against women who had first filed suit against Cosby for defamation. Some 50 women claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Cosby during a 50-year period.

2. More problems for Chipotle: A new batch of E. coli cases in the Midwest are being linked to Chipotle restaurants across the region, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Monday. The new cases, which appear to have happened between Nov. 18 and Nov. 26,  have sickened five people so far. Earlier this fall, the company saw an E. coli outbreak in nine states that sickened 53 people.

 3.  "Hell no" to apology: Donald Trump continues to call for an apology from Hillary Clinton after Clinton said Trump's campaign trail statements are being  featured on a video used by ISIS as a recruiting tool. Trump said on Monday's "Today" show that he "demands an apology from Clinton." A spokesman for Clinton said "hell no" when asked if she would be issuing an apology. Trump may be in line to apologize himself. He said Monday that Clinton was "disgusting" for using the bathroom during Saturday night's Democratic Debate. Clinton was late returning to the debate after a break. While no explanation was given, speculation was that Clinton had been using the facilities.

4.  Suicide bomber: Six Americans were killed in a suicide  attack Monday when a motorcycle carrying explosives slammed into a joint NATO-Afghan patrol in southern Helmand province in Afghanistan. The soldiers were attacked in a village near Bagram Airfield, the largest U.S. military facility in the country.

5.  Baby on the way: Chelsea Clinton announced Monday that she and her husband are expecting their  second child next summer. Clinton made the announcement on social media. She has a 1-year-old daughter, Charlotte.

And one more

A woman who drove her car into a group of people on a Las Vegas sidewalk told law enforcement authorities that she was stressed out after security guards told her to move from a parking lot where she had been trying to sleep. Lakeisha Holloway, 24, was homeless and living in her car with her 3-year-old daughter when she plowed into a crowd of pedestrians on Sunday, killing one and injuring more than 30.
