A shooting victim flagged police and told them he recognized the suspect who shot him from Instagram, according to officials.
Police say they were flagged around 1:15 a.m. Monday by the shooting victim. He said the suspect ran away, but he recognized him from Instagram.
The victim gave police the suspect’s profile name, YM_LOS. The Instagram account has been deleted but police say they were able to still get a picture.
Detectives need assistance identifying the suspect.
The suspect is described as an 18-25 year-old black male. He is 5'5'' with thin build and medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and grey shorts.
No arrests have been made at this point.
