Just as he had done a week prior, 26-year-old Michael Rusak was again caught on surveillance video robbing a local service station.
“He starts off by saying, ‘I don’t want to do this but I need money,’” said Detective Joe Hanny. The 16-year-old clerk then opens the register and puts both hands in the air.
When officers compared the surveillance video of both crimes, they noticed the unique key chain handing from his back pocket, which led to his arrest.
Police say Rusak had a toy gun with him.
