Political candidates will say nearly anything for votes.
But reunite a 1960s-era British rock band? Is that even something a president can do?
GOP presidential candidate John Kasich pledged this week that he'll reunite British rock band Pink Floyd.
"If I'm president, I am going to once and for all try to reunite Pink Floyd to come together and play a couple songs," Kasich told CNN. "And since we have so much trouble in America with our finances, I'm going to start with a little song they created called 'Money.'"
While the band broke up in 1994, there's been chatter for years about a Pink Floyd reunion.
Some remaining members have gotten together to perform from time to time, including at Live 8 in 2005.
However, guitarist David Gilmour, has ruled out a full reunion, according to a recent interview with The Telegraph.
