"It breaks my heart to see there are kids who their parents either can't afford the medical bills or their heart disease is so severe. CHOP saved my life and I feel like I really have to help other kids grow up happy," Natalie told WPVI.

It's not yet known how much she was able to raise. Anyone interested in making a contribution can make a donation at the hospital's website.
