Ocean experts have a warning for beachgoers in Massachusetts: Great white sharks are on the way and expected to be around well before the Fourth of July.
The state's leading shark expert told the Boston Herald that the white shark population is moving north.

Experts have tagged nearly four dozen sharks and are tracking their movements.
“We’ll probably see white sharks in the next couple weeks,” Gregory Skomal, a spokesman with the state Division of Marine Fisheries, told the Herald. “There are a lot of sharks moving through that area this time of year as they’re migrating north.”
