An Idaho man had eluded law enforcement officials for several months until a simple social media update led to his arrest Saturday.
According to Police, Joey John Patterson had been wanted on a warrant for violating his probation several months earlier.
Patterson made the misstep of updating Facebook saying he was going to batting practice at a Boise softball field and invited others to join him.
Officers arrived at the park and arrested him.
