Maine can be known for the unique individuals who live in one of the country’s northern states. But this one may take the cake.

Meet the Old Orchard Beach Lawn Mower Drill Team.

Started in 2008, the members dress themselves and their lawn mowers, for the holidays and parade through the town.

And the mowers aren’t just the normal -- if you can call them that -- push kind.

Some of the members decorate their riding mowers, too.

As they go down the street, with their decorated running mowers and costumed members, they amp up the crowd to get into the holiday spirit.

The Old Orchard Beach Lawn Mower Drill Team celebrated its 10th year in 2017.
