Well after seeing "Super Size Me," it doesn't look too promising. But think again. This is John Cisna, a biology teacher from Iowa who lost 37 pounds and lowered his cholesterol by a third in 90 days on a Micky D's only diet . (Via Daily Mail)

"He eats it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A typical breakfast breakfast would be two Egg white Delights, a bowl of oatmeal and a one percent milk." (Via WPTV)

So, it's not even like he was eating salads three times a day — which is something that was done back in 2008 when Chirs Coleson lost 80 pounds in six months.

But one thing the two successful McDonald's diets have in common — calorie counting. For John Cisna, he made the meal planning an assignment for his students.

"He gave them strict daily nutritional limitations of 2,000 calories. The students used McDonalds' online nutritional information to construction daily meals." (Via KJRH)

CISNA "It's our choices that make us fat, not McDonalds."

"He also started walking 45 minutes a day."
