The teenager who killed four people in a drunken-driving wreck and received only probation after claiming he suffered from “affluenza” has gone missing.

Recently, a video circulated that allegedly showed Couch at a party with alcohol, a violation of his probation terms.

According to the Associated Press, Couch's probation officer has been unable to contact Couch, 19, or his mother. A judge ordered the juvenile-court equivalent of an arrest warrant for Couch.

Couch was 16 when he killed four people after hitting them with his truck while driving drunk. His lawyers successfully used the controversial “affluenza” defense to secure a sentence of 10 years’ probation.

Couch’s attorney’s claimed the teen’s wealthy parents raised him to be irresponsible by not holding him accountable for his actions. In a deposition, Couch claimed his parents knew of his alcohol consumption.

If Couch is found in violation of his probation, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
