The Union City city council’s approved consent agenda from November included the following Unitems:

  • a request to enter into a Transportation Enhancement Agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for the construction of the Union City pedestrian system phase two, in the amount of $157, 492.20;
  • a resolution authorizing Georgia Department of Transportation to contract for funding under the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century;

a request to enter into a right of way mowing and maintenance with the Georgia Department of Transportation to begin after the completion of the construction of the Union City Pedestrian System phase two;

The consent agenda included the approval of minutes from October and November meetings, presentations, hearings and adoptions.
