The Vent for Thursday

When the people I vote for go to Washington, I expect them to try to solve our national and foreign problems. I already know how to spend money.

We are seriously considering getting involved in Syria for a “short time.” Does anybody remember Vietnam, Korea and Iraq? Haven’t we learned anything?

Miley and Bieber, take your millions and do something honorable and philanthropic and stop making fools of yourselves.

Don’t inpound the car for texting, impound the phone! That will really hurt!

They don’t frack in Florida either and it’s the sinkhole capital of the universe.

Stop looking in other people’s wallets. It is none of your business.

Morris Brown keeps trying to insert themselves into the stadium deal.

Working next to a conspiracy theorist is unbearable!

You can work and peacefully protest.

I don’t go to any huge events where the entertainers or principals get huge salaries. They do not earn that type of income!

Movie stars and pro athletes don’t fire people to improve the stock prices for one quarter and then let the business fail so thousands of people lose their life savings while they walk away with millions.

There is oil in Syria but it is less than 1/8th the capacity of Iraq. We went to war in Iraq on fabricated intelligence and then to overthrow an unpopular leader.

Don’t judge people by what they don’t like just because it’s not the same as what you like.

My old dog and I just love these cool mornings.
