Q: How does a student attending college in Georgia and receiving the previous version of the HOPE scholarship, which covered their entire college tuition, apply for the new Zell Miller scholarship, which will continue to cover their entire college tuition?

A: Most students won't have to do anything, Tracy A. Ireland, director of postsecondary student and school services for the Georgia Student Finance Commission, told Q&A on the News. "If we have their information on file [HOPE high school GPA and ACT/SAT test records], we will notify the colleges of each student's eligibility," Ireland wrote in an e-mail. "Otherwise, we will establish a process so that they [students] can provide us with the necessary information." To qualify, students must have a 3.7 GPA graduating from an eligible high school, and a combined 1200 on the critical reading and math sections of the SAT or at least a 26 composite ACT score. A: Trump has filed for corporate bankruptcy four times, but not personal bankruptcy. Each Chapter 11 protection filing, in 1991, 1992, 2004 and 2009, was connected to his casino and hotel properties in Atlantic City, N.J., according to Forbes.com. Forbes reported his personal fortune was at stake only during the first filing, for his Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City. But he sold a yacht, an airline and his stake in other businesses to reduce his debt, it reported.
