Cobb County officials are seeking vendors for the Cobb Community Development Block Grant Minor Home Repair Grant Program.

Cobb CDBG Program Office staff is looking for licensed and insured residential general contractors to provide housing renovation services.

The grant program provides low-income households with one-time grant assistance of up to $10,000.

This money can be used to address life, safety, health and code violations, including HVAC/furnace, windows, exterior doors, lead-based paint abatement, electrical, roofing and plumbing.
