The Norcross Mayor and City Council approved an amendment Aug. 3 to eliminate the regular work session, which began at 6:30 p.m. just prior to council meetings at 7 p.m. The purpose of the regular work session was to form the agenda for the regular council meeting. However, the process of setting the agenda only takes a few moments. Council members decided it would be best to incorporate these processes into one meeting.

Beginning Sept. 8 regular city council meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m.
