The victim, who remains unidentified, will be present with her attorneys.

The "cash me outside" teen, Danielle Bregoli, obtained celebrity status after her foul-mouthed September 2016 appearance on the "Dr. Phil" show went viral. The show's title? "I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me for A Crime." The Post previously reported that she is a Boynton Beach resident who once helped her mother — the one who is said to want to give her up — through cancer radiation.

Bregoli was recently in the spotlight after she got involved in a fight outside a Lake Worth bar in February. A video posted to Instagram shows Bregoli allegedly attacking a patron in front of the bar. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the incident.
