The Georgia Court of Appeals will hear three appellate cases beginning 9:15 Sept. 14 in the Braselton Municipal Courtroom at 5040 Highway 53 adjacent to the Town Hall as part of the town’s centennial celebration.

“The Court of Appeals selected two locations outside Atlanta this year and accepted our invitation to hold a session here to help us celebrate the town’s centennial,” says Braselton Mayor Bill Orr. “We are honored to host them and to allow our citizens to witness the court in action.”

The Court will convene at 9:30 and recess at 12:30. Seating in the municipal courtroom is limited so citizens are invited to hear one case and allow for others to enter the courtroom.
