The department also offers HIV testing, screenings for breast and cervical cancer, and additional health and wellness services and education materials.

Appointments are available 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday at the county administrative complex at 140 Stonewall Ave. West, Suite 107, in Fayetteville; call 770-305-5416 or 800-847-4262.
