The Dunwoody City Council will decide to approve an architecture firm’s bid during the regular meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. The firm submitted a quote to the city to design the new city hall and police department buildings. The city received ten responses to its request and chose three to be finalist for consideration.

The council will also consider a special land use permit by Transwestern on behalf of Perimeter Mall to allow a variance to build higher than currently allowed by law. If granted, the applicant will be able to build an addition to its parking deck above the 35 foot height limit.
