The Duluth N.O.W. (Neighborhood Outreach Work) program was created to improve quality of life by partnering neighborhoods with city staff to identify and address community concerns.

The program is currently partnering to address neighborhood traffic calming, neighborhood cleanups, stream walks, infrastructure improvement projects, and code compliance.

In some cases, Duluth N.O.W may be able to provide residents in need (elderly, disabled, etc.) with volunteer assistance.
