DeKalb County’s Workforce Development program will hit the road this fall, with a bus that functions as a mobile career resource center.

The bus has 13 computer stations with high-speed satellite internet connections, a private interview area and office equipment. Businesses can use the center for recruiting, training and interviews. Job seekers will be able to conduct online job searches and receive training on resume and cover letter development.

CEO Burrell Ellis said the county bought the bus from federal grants and are now making it road-ready for later this year.
