DeKalb County business owners are invited to apply for a casting call with a three- to five-minute business pitch for an opportunity to appear on the nationally televised program, “Shark Tank.”
“I know that we have great businesses in DeKalb and this is a great opportunity to showcase all that they have to offer,” says Interim CEO Lee May. This event is sponsored by Values Partnerships, DeKalb County Government, DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and Opportunity Hub. Into its sixth season, the “sharks” have invested more than $50 million in innovative companies.
The event takes place 8 a.m. Monday at Porter Sanford Performing Arts Center, 3181 Rainbow Drive, Decatur.
