EndoChoice, an Atlanta-based medical technology company, has more than doubled its workforce since 2011 and continues to expand. Founded in 2008, EndoChoice focuses on technology used to diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal (GI) diseases.
The company has grown from 147 employees in 2011 to more than 400 in 2015.
The fast-growing and entrepreneurial medical technology company looks for individuals who have a passion for growing a culture, are willing to explore new ideas, and have motivation and tenacity to achieve results, said talent acquisition specialist Tara Bridges. Those qualities fit with the company’s mantra: CHIE (Clever, High Quality, Innovative and Exceeding Expectations).
EndoChoice seeks individuals who want to overcome challenges and push for change, especially as it launches services and products, such as its Fuse® endoscopy system that won a 2015 Innovation Award from Georgia Bio, an industry association.
Bridges discussed job opportunities at EndoChoice (endochoice.com), which has been ranked one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine for five consecutive years (2010-2014).
