The Atlanta Journal-Constitution put together the Ultimate Atlanta School Guide to give parents, students educators and others an insider's peek at every school in Georgia. We've pulled together data and information from multiple sources into one, easily searchable page to give average test scores, teachers' degrees, graduation rates and rankings to help you find the best schools in the state. In the guide, you can find:

1. How a school’s CCRPI scores compare to others in the district. On the Ultimate Atlanta School Guide home page, select the school district, which level (high, middle or elementary schools) and then select CCRPI scores.

2. How many years of experience a school’s teachers have. Teacher experience can be an indicator of the quality of instruction. From the home page, type the school you are interested in into the “school name” field. A box appears below with basic test score information. Click in the blue bar that contains the school name to get full information on the school.

3. How the school you are interested in ranks in the district. From the home page, type in a school name. The rank will automatically appear in orange.

4. Georgia schools, ranked by SAT scores. SAT score can play a role in college admission. How does your student’s school compare. From the home page, just select the search box at the bottom of the page titled, “Schools with the best SAT scores.”
