The Georgia Department of Education will release last school year’s results from the Georgia Milestones tests on Thursday.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution will be ready at 10 a.m. to post to our websites everything from basic information about how Georgia students are faring, down to test scores from individual schools.
Readers will be able to see how much students have progressed from last year to this in math, science and other core subjects that educators say are key to future success. We’ll talk to educators and experts who can explain what the data means and compare results from across the district and state.
Join us at ajc.com and myAJC.com Thursday morning to get the most complete information.
You can take an early peek at your student's school in the AJC's Ultimate Atlanta School Guide to see everything from how much experience its teachers have and what its graduation rates and safety record is at http://schools.myajc.com/#/schools.
