Chase Bank said a technical issue caused incorrect balances to be displayed in customers’ checking accounts Sunday, and the issue has been resolved.
We know some customers reporting seeing incorrect balances in their checking account overnight. This was caused by a technical issue that delayed updates. We resolved this issue as of 9AM ET and accounts now show current balances.

@ChaseSupport Hello, I just checked my savings balance and it should be like $600 but it says $124. There is no way I spent like $500 in one day and NOTHING hit my account according to the transaction record. It shows $124 in present and available. I had $600 yesterday. Why?
