No longer keeping quiet about her bride, Raven-Symoné is sharing some insight into married life with wife Miranda Pearman-Maday.

The signer-actress kept her relationship with Pearman-Maday hush-hush — that is until the pair went public about their private wedding ceremony in a surprising Instagram reveal last summer.

The news came in June 2020, when Raven-Symoné teased some big news following her Instagram hiatus. Then, she and Pearman-Maday shared several images from their intimate ceremony.

“I got married to a woman who understands me from trigger to joy, from breakfast to midnight snack, from stage to home. I love you Mrs. Pearman-Maday!” the star wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

While discussing competing on “Celebrity Game Face” with Entertainment Tonight, Raven-Symoné shared how the spouses decided to share their big news.

“We are not ignorant to the fact that when something so big comes out — especially for me, who has been private with their life and their dating life for so long — we were prepared,” the former “The View” panelist said. “We weren’t prepared for how fast it took off and how many people showed love. We were not expecting it to be as big as it was for the quarantine life. We were pleasantly surprised, we were grateful and thankful for all the love that came our way and still comes our way and, you know, it’s like we’re adults. We both have kind of a child complex so when this happens it’s like, ‘Oh, that’s right, we’re married.’ Like, I still get a kick out of it.”

The duo is on the same page when it comes to sharing their marriage news with the world, but they’ve had to come to an understanding about their recollection of their first kiss.

The wives had a humorous moment when it came to the topic on the Kevin Hart-hosted E! show. They’re still not sure who actually initiated the smooch, either.

“I honestly think it was 50-50,” Pearman-Maday said. “I think that she gave maybe the word saying it’s cool and I was like, ‘OK, here I come.’”

After a little back and forth — including Raven-Symoné saying she does not kiss first — her wife explained she’s someone who needs “a little permission.”

“And it’s like, I feel like Raven told me it was OK and then I maybe leaned in ... and then we both leaned in a little more. Oh, and then we were like this,” Pearman-Maday continued.

“And then it just happened. ... ‘Cause also you don’t wanna lean in for a kiss and nobody’s ready for it,” Raven-Symoné said.
