Omarion announces 'Millennium Tour' without B2K

This time last year fans of early millennium heartthrobs like B2K and Mario were buying up tickets for The Millennium Tour. This year, fans will have another chance to see their favorite R&B princes, but a major name will be missing from the marquee.

Omarion, who sings lead vocals for B2K, announced a 2020 version of The Millennium Tour via his Instagram Tuesday, but his B2K members were not listed on the lineup. The concert art features Omarion back-to-back with Atlanta rapper Bow Wow and below the tour's logo other Atlanta stars − Lloyd, Ying Yang twins, Soulja Boy and Sammie −  are listed. Many of the acts were featured on the first edition of the 22-city tour, which ran from last December until this past spring and grossed more than $6.5 million, according to Revolt TV.

Fans of Omarion and his Billboard chart-topping group B2K quickly noticed the glaring omission of members Lil’ Fizz, J Boog and Raz B.

Many fans on social media chocked up B2K’s absence on the tour to some rumored personal issues between Omarion and B2K member Lil Fizz. Fizz, whose real name is Dreux Frederic, is dating the mother of Omarion’s two sons, Apryl Jones. The relationship has been chronicled on VH1 show “Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood.”

In an interview with VLADTV earlier this month, Omarion said he had no issue with his longtime friend and bandmate dating his ex.

"I don't feel no ways. I don't feel any way about it," Omarion told Vlad TV when asked about the relationship. "I think that if they're happy, then they should be happy."

Some considered the absence of B2K on the tour lineup a more honest unspoken statement about his sentiment towards the relationship.

When the last tour was announced, all of B2K’s members promoted the tour and spoke about the importance of their legions of fans seeing the group perform together, again.

"While admiring their solo successes, the fans have consistently demanded a B2K reunion and, with the determination of an incredibly talented team, that dream is now a reality," Michelle Le Fleur, COO at Omarion Worldwide, told Billboard in a statement last year.

According to the tour site, Pretty Rick will also be featured on the tour. Dates for the tour will be announced on Monday, Dec. 2. Presale tickets will go on sale Dec. 5. The code for the presale code is PARTY. General tickets will be available at 10 a.m. Dec. 6.
