The Instagram account of Danielle Bregoli, better known as the “Cash me ousside” teen, was allegedly hacked a few hours ago by a user identifying itself as @GlassFace.
Is this another marketing strategy by the family to get Bregoli, 13, more fame and money? One thing is for sure: her 15-minutes of fame is not over yet.
Bregoli became an Internet sensation after her appearance on Dr. Phil’s show last September, thanks to her attitude and now-signature phrase “Cash me ousside, how bow dah?”
The hacked posts sound threatening, with robotic voices promising that the leaking begins Wednesday.
At around 1 p.m. Wednesday, the third post by the hackers revealed what appears to be Bregoli in a new music video. See the “leak” below:
Whether or not these are real hackers, the posts contradict their purpose. While the hackers threaten the world and talk about a disrespectful daughter, they also share her leaked work which glorifies her more.
The first post by the hackers is threatening. The red, pixelated video already has more than two million views and more than 43,000 comments. And it’s is a warning:
"This is the modern day celebrity?
This country glorifies and makes famous a young girl for being disrespectful to her mother.
She is no role model.
She is no idol.
She is no god.
Pay close attention to what happens next."
The video ends. Nothing else is said or seen.
The second one looks exactly like the first, except it shares that leaks begin today. This makes us wonder: If the hackers are so mad about “glorifying” this girl, why are they “leaking” her work?
Take a look:
"Citizens of the world.
Too long we have stood by idly and observed.
it is time we take matters into our own hands.
The time for change is now.
The leaks begin Wednesday."
